Bridgemart Canada provides vision benefits management services to Canadian businesses and their employees. Our platform facilitates the provision of prescription safety glasses and related vision care benefits.

3. User Accounts

To access our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal information in accordance with Canadian privacy laws, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about our data practices.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in your service agreement. All fees are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise specified. We accept payment methods as outlined in your agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, Bridgemart Canada shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, your access to the services will cease, and any outstanding fees become immediately due.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
